How to Apply
Use as a two-in-one process, or simply as a cleansing balm or moisturiser. Whatever your preference, this is an effortless part of your routine that is easy to use and fast-acting; perfect for women on the go.
As a Cleanser
Take a pea-sized amount with clean fingertips and allow the cleansing balm to begin to melt from body heat. Apply to the clean, dry area – massaging onto the face and neck, working well into heavy or stubborn make-up such as mascara. Wipe away with a hand hot cloth.
As a Moisturiser
Use day or night, depending on what suits you best. With clean fingertips, take a pea-sized amount and allow the balm to start to melt from body heat. Apply to the clean, dry area – massaging onto the face and neck. If you’re feeling particularly indulgent, then use a jade roller for a truly elevated experience. Leave to absorb and settle deeply.
As a 2-in-1
Follow the cleansing balm steps above. Once the product is removed, simply reapply as a stay-on moisturiser. And voila – a simple, sublime solution that is the best skincare for menopausal and changing skin.
Tree basil oil, rosemary leaf extract and rapeseed oil help to gently relieve congestion, cleanse and revive the epidermis.
A powerhouse blend of rapeseed oil, beeswax, cocoa and shea butter helps to hydrate dry, flakey surfaces and encourage plumper and nourished results.
Shea butter along with rosemary leaf extract, argan, lavender, borage seed and myrrh oils repair, calm and soothe angry, irritated areas.
Who should use this skincare?
Our pure, organic ingredients are carefully selected to deliver a range of benefits and goodness, including:
Menopause & Itchy Skin
A decrease in oestrogen levels means skin can often be itchy, tight or even feel like it’s ‘crawling’. The face, chest, back, neck and limbs are all common areas to feel this sensation.
Menopause & Skin Rash
Skin rash is often linked to menopause. It can vary in intensity, appearance and duration. Indeed, it’s because of a particularly nasty facial rash that Wonder Balm now exists.
Hormonal Imbalance & Extremely Dry Skin
Oestrogen retains water. When levels decrease, so too does our skin’s ability to retain maintain moisture. The result – fine lines, deeper wrinkles & a ‘crepey’ texture.
Often associated with adolescents and puberty as a result of hormonal fluctuation. However, it can affect adults at almost any age. During puberty, this might be more prevalent around the t-zone, whereas later in life it might be more present on the lower part of the face.
Hormonal Skin Pigmentation
Also known as ‘melasma’ or even ‘the mask of pregnancy’, these are brown, or grey-brown splotches that can appear across various parts of the face. Melasma can sometimes be triggered in pregnant women as a result of hormonal increases.
Wrinkled Skin & Signs of Ageing
Collagen is responsible for maintaining skin strength & elasticity. From our mid-20s, our body’s ability to produce collagen begins to reduce. Menopause has a particularly negative impact on its production, making the skin thinner and partial to wrinkles & sagging.
