Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping within UK – Estimated Delivery Time 2-3 days.
All orders within the EU – Estimated Delivery Time within 2 weeks of order.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially with the current pandemic and certain regulations in place.

We currently ship to multiple countries within the EU.

Returns & Refunds
We are confident that you will be thrilled with your order. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied, you may cancel the contract within seven (7) working days of receipt of the goods. Please contact us at info@franchinyoungireland for a Returns Authorisation Number, which will be a mandatory requirement for the refund. The item needs to be returned in the same condition in which it arrived to you. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for our full refunds policy.
I have not received my order, what should i do?
If you have chosen to have your order despatched via standard UK delivery, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. If it is already after 7 working days, we recommend that you first contact your local sorting office to check if they are holding it for you. If they do not have your parcel, please call us on +44 7546 969963 and we will be happy to investigate this for you.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We despatch all our orders via Royal Mail. Regardless of whether you choose to have your order delivered via standard, priority, special or recorded signed for service, you will be able to track your parcel’s progress.
When you receive your despatch confirmation, within the body of the email we will include a link to the Royal Mail website, which will then enable you to Track & Trace your parcel. Please be aware that information relating to your order may not be available to view immediately after it leaves us – if this is the case, please try again a little later.
